About Us

Clear Path Technologies, Inc. (”Clear Path”), located in the Greater Los Angeles Area of California, U.S.A., is a leading developer of next-generation, non-invasive threat materials detection and identification technologies for the rapidly-growing homeland security and defense markets.

We are a privately-held corporation founded in 2007 with the principal objective of commercializing products and solutions incorporating our proprietary “Atometry” technology, an advanced diagnostic technique incorporating high resolution gamma ray spectroscopy and fast-neutron activation analysis, to the global market.

Our technologies and related hardware, software and algorithms were developed with an investment of greater than $15 million over the span of a decade including numerous government research grants from the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Customs and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Our advanced threat materials detectors have been successfully evaluated in field tests and demonstrations by the U.S. Army, Department of Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Administration and leading state and local law enforcement agencies. In December 2011, Clear Path’s award-winning GIA Tracker system was selected as “Best Chemical-Specific Detection Solution” by Government Security News (GSN) Magazine, the leading trade publication for homeland security.

Our family of products, incorporating our patent-pending “Atometer” sensor platform, perform real time, non-invasive advanced chemical analysis, without human intervention. Unlike X-ray technology that shows a mere outline of a suspicious object, our detection devices provide diagnostic and confirmatory intelligence, allowing security personnel to “see”, with 97.75% accuracy, the chemical composition of a suspicious object. Our revolutionary technology and accuracy rate has made us the market leader in the non-invasive confirmatory detection of threat materials.

Clear Path Technologies believes greater protection is possible only through superior detection of threatening explosives, agents and substances. Unlike many other companies with unsubstantiated claims, our detection devices are tested and proven.

Clear Path Technologies is committed to working with government, public and private entities to ensure the safety and security of all citizens. Learn more about how our Atometer detection devices can work for you.

Our Offices

Our operations are headquartered in a 10,000 sf. research and testing facility located in Southern California and in close proximity to leading government research laboratories, universities and technology centers which gives us access to a large educated and trained workforce. Clear Path maintains offices in Corona, CA, and Washington D.C. and has representative sales offices in Singapore, Jakarta (Indonesia), Abujda (Nigeria), Dubai (UAE), and Kuwait City (Kuwait), from which we market products and services through partners in the E.U., Asia, Africa and the Middle East. We expect to increase our international presence with additional representative offices as we advance and expand our activities.

Currently, we hold all licenses and permits required to research, test, manufacture, and commercially sell and distribute our Atometers, including approvals, device registrations and certifications from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the State of California, Radiological Health Branch.

Our Mission

Our overall mission is to fill a critical void in homeland security and defense by providing field-proven chemical specific, confirmatory detection tools to the marketplace and, in doing so, support the fight against crime and terrorism, improve global security, and save precious life and property.
