Key Staff



Mr. Tabag serves as Vice President of Clear Path Technologies, Inc. where he manages the Company’s financial reporting, accounting and human resources. Prior to joining Clear Path, Mr. Tabag held Associate Consultant roles with Resources Global Professionals, a leading publicly traded global consultancy firm. Clients included Pacific Life Insurance Company providing derivative effectiveness and reporting services. He also was involved in the due diligence and integration of a private retail mortgage banking company Impac Home Loans and assisting in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls. He also provided Sarbanes- Oxley and forensic accounting services to Syntax Brillian, the manufacturer of Olevia brand LCD televisions.

Mr. Tabag’s experience is predominately related to the mortgage and real estate investment industries. He held positions from Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting and Finance Manager as well as Controller. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Tabag was Manager of Decision Support and Analysis for Option One Mortgage, a wholly-owned subsidiary of H&R Block, responsible for strategic and long range planning, financial and operational (sales, production and corporate) effectiveness and analysis as well as internal and board reporting. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Tabag held positions as a Senior Accountant and Senior Financial Analyst in Commercial Real Estate for Insignia Commercial, specializing in management reporting needs of pension fund advisors CalPers and real estate advisors Alex Brown Kleinworth Benson, The Boston Company and Goldman Sachs.

Upon graduation, Mr. Tabag was a Senior Accountant for Far West Savings and Loan responsible for mortgage banking activities and equipment leasing. Andy Tabag received a Bachelor of Arts Degree and is a Graduate of Fisher School of Accounting of the University of Florida.



Dr.Tsuey-Fen Chuang is a Senior Scientist and Safety and Compliance Officer with Clear Path Technologies, Inc. Prior to joining Clear Path, Dr. Chuang was a Senior Research Scientist with HiEnergy Technologies from August 2002 to March 2007. She was responsible for developing much of the core proprietary algorithms that are used in our stoichiometric detection systems. Dr. Chuang received a Ph.D. in Experimental Space Plasma Physics and a Masters in Physics from University of California - Riverside and completed undergraduate studies at the National Central University, Taiwan, R.O.C. Dr. Chuang is fluent in Chinese.



Jack Hamilton is Senior Software Developer with Clear Path Technologies, inc. with over 20 years in test engineering in Bio-medical, Aerospace/Defense and Optical test fields. Mr. Hamilton leads Clear Path’s software development. Mr. Hamilton has developed applications in fiber-optical alignment, motion control, robotics, SEM imaging, hydrogen fuel reactor controls, optical scanners for radiation detection, gamma spectroscopy as well as testing systems for materials and medical devices. Mr. Hamilton has a degree in Laser-Electro Optics and is an Expert Level programmer in LabVIEW.
